8 kids, 5 grandkids, 3 spouses, 2 parents, and 1 awesome grandma

So this weekend was wonderful. A very full house but when we all get together there is just numerous laughs. It was wonderful seeing my sister from Oregon and her kids that are growing like weeds. The over abundance of presents.... thank you everyone. The only mishaps of the weekend of course include Sam.
Mishap #1 Josh made himself a drink with primarily ice cream and then a little topper that is other wise known as an alcoholic beverage. Well he put it down and came back to find that is was mostly all gone. Sam?!!? sure enough Sam had helped himself to the drink and in turn helped himself to falling asleep very quickly shortly after.
Mishap #2 In the morning Sam was still in his pajamas and standing too close to the fire place. He left a piece of his pajama bottoms to the glass door. He was not hurt but now my brother has to take off the glass piece so that he can scrape off the football imprinted flannel pajamas that is seriously burnt on.
Yeah for some strange reason Josh thinks that Sam is just awesome... they actually remind me a lot of each other. Josh just laughs at every new mishap that Sam gets into while myself on the other hand am only trying to just survive him. Josh gave Sam a long board for his birthday/Christmas present and Sam has been spending half the day riding it around the house, banging a few walls and only knocked over his sisters once. Thanks Josh you are awesome and a great Uncle.

The photo face off.

The four munchkins.

What is great about this many kids is that you always have enough people for a football game.

The kids just love their Uncle Joshie.... where there was Josh there was the kids.

The girls playing ring around the rosies without actually moving.

We even got to tear up the back yard grass... I have not been on a horse in years and it was awesome.

You pick a rock, and I'll pick a rock hunny. You pick a stance, and I'll pick a stance oh babe

So this is.... one of the few places on earth where my height is average.
