We just got the counter offer for the house and it is much lower than we expected so it looks like we are going to accept and start moving into escrow. I am so excited. The thought of having our own place, being broke, and moving in is just accelerating. And the fact that the house is awesome and totally suits us is just amazing since it is our first house and I always had the thought that your first house is a major dump that you spend the rest of your life putting money into just to live in it. Well we will probably spend the rest of our life putting our money into it but to me it seems so ready for us to live in it. Yeah for us.... I can not wait to host and sit on the porch drinking coffee. This is so unrealistically exciting.
